APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have a terminal degree (PhD, DNP, or DPH) in a social or behavioral science, public health, nursing, or medicine and have demonstrated skills in research methods and biostatistics.

Requirement: US citizenship or permanent residency.

To apply please submit the following set of documents:

1. A recent Curriculum Vitae including previous research experience, both didactic and practical
2. A personal statement describing the reason for seeking research training, specific research interests, and career plans
3. At least 2 letters of recommendation, including one from the doctoral committee, chairperson/advisor or residency training director
4. Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (green card)
5. An electronic copy of your terminal degree

Application daedline November 30, 2009 for two year position starting Januay 1, 2010.
