The overall goal of the laboratory is to provide high quality, validated preclinical data to members of the scientific community at Case Western Reserve who have a potential anticancer agent that they wish to further develop. The ultimate endpoint is to test/validate the efficacy of new agents and combinations that may result in the design/initiation of animal studies and eventually clinical trials.
