Services


The overall goal of the Proteomics Core Facility is to make advanced mass spectrometry instruments, expertise, and methods for proteome analysis available to all investigators.

Services include the following:

  • Protein Identification
  • Characterization of post-translational modifications
  • Quantitation of protein expression
    • Quantitative Top-Down Proteomics using 2-D gels
    • Quantitative Bottom-Up Proteomics using LC-MS
    • Experimental Design for Quantitative Proteomics
    • Data analysis
  • Bioinformatics analysis
  • Training
  • Independent use
