Summary

The Structural Biology focus group seeks to apply state-of-the-art biophysical techniques to characterize and solve the three-dimensional structures of proteins and other biological molecules involved in cancer. This structural information is not only used to provide fundamental insights into the basic functions of molecules and their interactions but also to help identify approaches to regulating these functions and interactions. The Structural Biology Focus Group members are part of Cleveland Center for Structural Biology. This group is well equipped with the world's most sophisticated instruments such as a 900 MHz NMR spectrometer and is well-positioned to challenge the structural questions involved in various cancers.
